Rewards Program
We appreciate our customers.  To say thank you for your loyalty we have an easy to use rewards program.

For every $200 you spend on regularly priced merchandise, you will receive a rewards coupon for $20. The Point of Sale System will keep track of everything for you. When a rewards coupon is earned, it will be printed on your receipt. Rewards coupons will be stored on your customer record. The Point of Sale System will make appropriate adjustments to the reward points when items are returned. Rewards coupons are good for one year only.

Merchandise Holds:
Merchandise can be held for a customer for one business day with the exception being needlepoint finishing.

Special Orders:
We are happy to special order items for our customers. Please call us at 313-886-2828 or email us at info@knottedneedle.com if you can't find what you want on our website. We'll let you know if we can get it for you. All special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit when the order is placed.  Yarn special orders must be for full bags only.  Special order needlepoint over $120 receives a 10% discount.  Full bags of special order yarn will also receive a 10% discount.    NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDERS.  

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. You will not receive any unsolicited communication from us, nor will we distribute your personal information to anyone else for any purpose. The only time you will ever receive communication from us is if you subscribe to our mailing list and provide consent.

Stitching Service

We are pleased to offer a professional stitching service to help you complete an entire canvas or finish stitching those pesky UFOs (UnFinished Objects). Whether you just can't find the time or the desire to finish stitching a project, or you just aren't a stitcher, the Knotted Needle is here to help!

Stitching rates will vary depending on mesh size and whether pattern stitches are involved. We are happy to provide an estimate for you! Bring in your piece any time for a consultation. We require a 50% deposit of the estimate before stitching begins on your project. 

Special Classes and Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. Any canvas, threads, stretcher bars or supplies purchased for the class are subject to our normal return policy, unless they were specially ordered just for the class.

Shipping on Purchases
Please pay attention to shipping and handling costs. We calculate the cost by price, not by weight or volume. All packages are hand-carried to the US Post Office. Prices can vary depending on region, size, and weight. We have no way to predict this. Our prices are based on average shipping costs at each fee level plus time and materials.

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your package.  We are a small business, and while we do our best to get your purchases in the mail as quickly as possible, you can expect to have your item shipped within 3 business days of your purchase.

Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged in shipment. You can send an email to info@knottedneedle.com. We will need you to email photos of the damage.  We will refund your money or replace the damaged item; however, we may need to have the damaged item returned to us.

OTHER

We sell to individuals.  We do not sell to freight forwarders.
