within 30 days WITH A RECEIPT.
except for the following which cannot be returned: Beads/Sequins/Embellishments, Blank Canvas, Gift Cards, Books, Patterns, Publications, Sale Items, Special Orders, Trunk Show Items, and Yarn that has been wound.
Items need to be in their original condition. All returns are for store credit only. We will keep the store credit active for 18 months only. No exceptions.
Wonder Ribbon is woven from brass, copper and/or aluminum and is coated in enamel and lacquered to prevent color change. It is water proof, heat resistant and nickel free. It can be used as a tube with beads carefully inserted inside it or fluffed out to nearly 3 times its original size, creating beautiful swirls and waves. It can be twisted, knotted and pulled into just about any shape. The possibilities are endless!
