Alpaca Heather is a gorgeous blend of ecru wool and alpaca in three natural colors, that creates three heathered bases: Toast, Beige and Grey. Each base is then hand dyed in our beautiful colors, to create a tonal palette, perfect for colorwork.
The beauty of undyed, naturally-colored alpaca (and its softness) combines into a heathery sport-weight yarn. When those 3 undyed colors (H703, H704, and H705, all put up in 100g hanks) are then overdyed with Manos's kettle-dyed semi-solid colors, the results are 13 more rich, subtle tones (put up in 50g hanks).
