Keep your receipt. Products in unopened & original packaging may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days WITH A RECEIPT.
except for the following which cannot be returned: Beads/Sequins/Embellishments, Blank Canvas, Gift Cards, Books, Patterns, Publications, Sale Items, Special Orders, Trunk Show Items, and Yarn that has been wound.
Items need to be in their original condition. All returns are for store credit only. We will keep the store credit active for 18 months only. No exceptions.
